In many cases facilities are operated by folks with an incomplete skill set. Perhaps your site is governed by a board of elected officials whose goal was to increase facility usage or improve facility offerings for a specific constituency. Those are admirable goals, but learning about turf maintenance, watering schedules, artificial turf maintenance, court surface refinishing or sanding, hosting liability, and scaling offerings is a far cry from updating dugouts or striping a field. We "get it", its a lot! We can help with all of that and more!

We also help communities set a course to reach their future vision for a facility. In addition, we provide guidance and independent evaluation as an independent third party. The nature of being independent allows us to provide honest analysis and feedback to ensure a facility is set on its best course for future usage needs and offerings. Sometimes that means not taking the popular position, and we're ok with that. We can help to create consensus around the eventual and in the process identify opportunities that those "to close to a project" might overlook.
